Almost any expert will tell you that healthy eating is the key to staying fit, regardless of your exercise goals. Food will fuel your body for you to reach set goals. You need to follow a diet with healthy food items that can provide a balanced combination of complete proteins, fats and complex carbohydrates. Do not forget about fruits and veggies of course.
